CFVI’s Role in USVI Recovery

CFVI is a major hub for hurricane recovery in the USVI! Since 1990, donors have trusted us to manage and leverage their gifts for the benefit of current and future generations. CFVI is a registered 501(c)3 charitable foundation under the U.S. tax code.

Within the first 80 days following Hurricanes Irma and Maria impacting the USVI, $11 million had been raised or pledged for hurricane efforts and more $8 million had already been transferred back to the community for children/families, housing, health, and direct humanitarian relief.

Hurricane Reports

Over the course of the next year, we will be issuing hurricane reports.
The first one of CFVI’s reports to be completed is the Fund for the Virgin Islands.
