During Tuesday’s opening session for the Clinton Global Initiative in Puerto Rico titled Energy Special Session:

Building Momentum and Achieving Scale for Clean and Resilient Energy in 2019, CFVI announced its 2nd Commitment to Action in support of relief and recovery projects in the USVI!
