New CFVI Board Member to Ring Nasdaq Opening Bell by Sean Liphard

U.S. Virgin Islands, February 7, 2022 — The Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) welcomes St. Thomas native Rashida A. Hodge to the Board of Directors of CFVI and celebrates with her on Tuesday, February 8th, as she joins with “Black Women on Boards” for a launch event in New York City to introduce its inaugural accelerator cohort. They will also be ringing the Nasdaq opening bell that morning as the exchange honors Patricia Roberts Harris, who became the first Black woman on a Fortune 500 board in 1971.
